Pebblr is in pre-launch. These terms will govern your use of the Pebblr product once it is available. The current website is an information page only. This is a draft pending review by a licensed Indian attorney before publication.

1. About Pebblr
Pebblr is an AI pet health intelligence tool built by Rahul Maniar and Drishti Brahmania in Mumbai, India. It reads the signals you provide about your pet and shows you what the data may indicate. It is informational software, not a veterinary service.
2. Not veterinary advice
Pebblr does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure, and does not practice veterinary medicine. Its outputs are informational and are not a substitute for examination and advice from a registered veterinary practitioner. You agree that all medical decisions about your pet rest with you and your veterinarian. You will not use Pebblr in an emergency. In an emergency you will contact a veterinarian directly. 3. Artificial intelligence
Pebblr uses artificial intelligence to interpret the information you provide. The AI is automated software and may produce incomplete or incorrect results. It is not a licensed professional of any kind. You agree to treat its outputs as informational starting points for a conversation with your veterinarian, not as professional advice.
4. Your content and how we use it
You keep ownership of the content you upload such as photos, descriptions, and reports. By uploading content, and where you have given consent, you grant Pebblr permission to process that content to provide the service to you, and to use it to train, develop, and improve Pebblr's analysis and underlying models. We will ask for this consent clearly and you may decline or withdraw it. We describe in our Privacy Policy how your content is handled.
5. Product recommendations and affiliate disclosure
Pebblr may recommend products, including those from Happy Puppy Organics, a pet wellness brand founded by Pebblr co-founder Drishti Brahmania. Pebblr may earn a commission on some recommended products. We disclose this relationship openly. A recommendation is informational and is not a substitute for veterinary advice on what is right for your pet.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use Pebblr only for your own pets, and not to misuse the service. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your pet's care.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebblr and its founders are not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your use of the service or from decisions made based on its outputs. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops and as our wording is reviewed by legal counsel. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
